Charles Schulz Memorial Poster

The poster memorializes the American Cartoonist Charles Schulz, and features his best known works 'Peanuts'. This is a conceptual poster I designed for the Charles Schulz Museum. The design concept behind this poster is a mix of the new and the old, and how I wanted to incorporate media from the the past and present. I wanted to show his long lasting legacy that Charles Schulz and how his works influenced in the cartoon industry. This is a homage to Charles Schulz.
On the front I used a double exposure of the new peanuts movie poster advertisement blended with the silhouette of Charles Schulz side view. In the back I displayed comic strips that were written and illustrated by Charles himself.
